Process - The Six Ds of Software Development

Regardless of complexity of your problem, or the technology we choose for a solution, BizCode projects all follow the same development process.  While some steps can be performed briefly for smaller applications, all steps must be followed to ensure a professional result.  Our "D6" development process is:

• Define - Through interviews with your employees and analysis of your current systems, BizCode will define the nature and scope of your problem and recommend the most cost effective solution.
• Design - Based on your needs, we'll develop a formal design document which you, the client, will review and sign off on. While design details inevitibly change during application development, you must have a firm blueprint from which to build an initial version.
• Develop - With a complete functional spec, BizCode will develop your application, providing status reports and meeting with you at key points to demonstrate progress and get your feedback.
• Debug - After development, BizCode will test the application and debug as needed. A thorough Quality Assurance process is vital to a successful application. At this time we'll also install the application at your location and ask you test as well.
• Deploy - BizCode provides a variety of deployment options. We can host your application on one of our servers, deploy it at your location, or install it on a remote hosting service.
• Document - Each BizCode application includes detailed written technical and user documentation. Optionally, online help menus can be added to the system.
